Cool mornings: how do you wear the Dr.Join Knee Support?
On days that start cool and end warm, wear the Dr.Join Knee Support by BMS CO., LTD. the same way each time: on bare, intact skin or thin clothing, with the center support slightly below the kneecap and the S or L strap that fits you.
When the weather swings from a cool morning to a warm afternoon, many people change layers during the day. The steps below show how to choose a strap, put on, adjust, and care for the support so that it sits the same way every time you put it back on.

How to put it on
- Check the support and your skin. Do not use the support if it is damaged, deformed, or has bent springs, or if the skin where you will wear it has an open wound or is infected, inflamed, or severely irritated.
- Choose the strap size, S or L, that matches the circumference below your knee. Check the size chart in the instructions for use before choosing a size.
- Attach one end of the strap to the loop on the main body, with the fastening side facing outward.
- Place the center silicone support slightly below your kneecap, with the triangle mark pointing up. The support fits both left and right knees.
- Make sure one elastic spring sits on each side of your knee.
- Wrap the free end of the strap behind your knee and fasten it to the strap loop on the other side. Adjust the strap until the support is snug but you can still move your knee freely. Do not overtighten.
- Bend and straighten your knee gently to check that the support stays in place.
- When you are done, unfasten the strap and take the support off.
Wearing it as the day warms up
- You can wear the support on bare, intact skin or over thin clothing.
- If you take it off and put it back on later in the day, go through the steps again so that the center support sits slightly below the kneecap each time.
- Use the support as needed. Take it off from time to time to let your skin rest.
- Do not wear the support while sleeping.
